"What can I put in there?" Anything that is small enough to fit & is dear to you! Frequently
mine are filled with stones or crystals, a small vial of oil, charms, or trinkets given to me by my daughter. I have
also been know to write the name of someone or something that is weighing on my heart & mind on a small piece of paper
& place it in an amulet bag.
"Do amulet bags work?" Amulets offer comfort. They are a way of carrying with you reminders
of that which is important to you. As far as magical powers - the mind is a powerful tool. Having a physical reminder
of that which is in your mind helps to stay clearly focused.
